How to achieve perfect skin?

Como alcançar a pele perfeita?

We all aspire to have perfect skin, but unfortunately for many of us it is difficult to achieve.

Finding a skin care routine that works for everyone is impossible , as there are different skin types and everyone has different characteristics, so it is important to know our skin type, to use products that suit our needs. .

Wabi Diagnóstico is a tool created by us, developed with the purpose of facilitating the relationship between products and the skin.

However, despite all the diversity, there are 3 steps that we must all follow:

1. Wash your face:

It is recommended to wash your face twice a day, preferably starting with warm water and sealing with cold water. If you are wearing makeup, we recommend washing with two types of cleansing gel, the first one based on oil to melt the makeup and then one based on water, to get rid of all residues and impurities.

2. Moisturize your skin:

Using a moisturizer twice a day is essential to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Hydration helps prevent dryness, smoothes irregularities and promotes a youthful appearance.

3. Protect it from the sun:

Using sunscreen is crucial to protect your skin from the harmful effects of excessive sun exposure. In addition to preventing burns and the appearance of blemishes, sunscreen reduces the risk of premature aging and prevents pathologies such as skin cancer.

These three steps should be enough to keep your skin clean and healthy, or not?

All additional products to this “base” that can help achieve the dream of perfect skin must be chosen according to the type of skin and goals we want to achieve, but perfect skin goes far beyond a good care routine. , also includes other factors, such as sleep (sleep at least 8 hours), food (healthy and balanced diet), physical exercise, drinking water (40ml for every kilo) and stress.

In this process, it is crucial to always keep in mind that no skin is perfect, but all skin is. So, despite our efforts to achieve this goal, it is not an easy process, hence the importance of being consistent and patient.
